At Summit Family Orthodontics, we’re so grateful for each and everyone of our patients who utilize our orthodontic services. We wouldn’t be the practice that we are without you, so we enjoy finding ways to give back to our practice family whenever we can. One way we do this is through our rewards program. It’s a little something we created to show our gratitude. We’d love for you to get in on the fun!

Here’s some information about how our rewards program works and how to join.

Earn Points & Win Prizes

Throughout the year, we have activities that you can participate in to earn points. Sometimes it’s entering one of our contests, other times it’s filling out a patient survey, or we may ask you to engage with us on social media. Whatever it is, if you decide to participate, you’ll earn a specific number of points for that activity. Those points will add up over time the more you decide to do.

So what can you do with those points? You can redeem your reward points for cool prizes at Summit Family Orthodontics. You’ll log into our special patient portal and decide which prizes you want to spend your points on.

How to Join Our Rewards Program

Joining our rewards program is easy! You can open up our Rewards Hub and register there directly. If you’re having any issues enrolling, please don’t hesitate to contact our office so one of our team members can help you.

The neat thing is that it’s not just patients who are able to enroll; you’re eligible to join the program if your child is one of our patients!
